RETURNS & REFUNDS
Your satisfaction matters to us. Each product from The Given Edit is thoughtfully designed, carefully packaged, and checked before it leaves our studio, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Return Window
You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return an item.
Product Condition
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be in their original condition, unused, unsoiled, and undamaged with all packaging and tags intact.
How to Start a Return
Please email hello@thegivenedit.com with your name, order number, product name, and reason for return.
If you’re requesting a replacement, please include this in your message so we can assist promptly.
Shipping Costs
All shipping costs for returns or exchanges (excluding faulty or damaged items) are the responsibility of the customer. We’re happy to assist in arranging a courier on your behalf.
Please note that The Given Edit cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged during return transit.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel so we can make it right.
We’ll work with you to resolve the issue through a replacement or refund where applicable.
Change of Mind
As our products are made in limited quantities, refunds or exchanges are not offered for change of mind.
We encourage you to review product descriptions and images carefully before placing your order.
