We’re just as excited for you to receive your order as you are. Each Given Edit parcel is carefully packed and sent your way with attention to detail and care.


Dispatch

Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 working days (Monday to Friday) once payment has cleared, provided all items are in stock.

Orders placed over weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.


Delivery Timeframes

Delivery typically takes 2 to 8 working days, depending on your location.

You’ll receive tracking details once your order has been shipped so you can follow its journey.


Courier Partner

We proudly ship through Pargo, a trusted courier partner offering both door-to-door and collection point deliveryoptions for your convenience.

Please ensure your delivery or collection details are entered correctly at checkout to avoid delays.


Pre-orders

If your order includes preorder items, your full order will be shipped once all products are in stock.

If you’d prefer to receive available items sooner, please place two separate orders, each with its own shipping cost.


Shipping Days

We ship Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

During high-demand periods such as holidays or sales, please allow extra time for processing and delivery. We appreciate your patience while we prepare your order with care.


Damages During Shipping

We package every item securely to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

However, once your order leaves our studio, it’s in the hands of our courier partner. If your parcel arrives damaged or appears tampered with, please contact us at hello@thegivenedit.com within 48 hours of receiving it so we can assist.


Delivery Responsibility

The Given Edit is not responsible for parcels delayed, lost, or damaged in transit. Please double-check your shipping details before completing checkout, as incorrect information may cause delays or failed deliveries.
